Facilities Manager Hertfordshire Permanent £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious self-motivated Facilities Management professional.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an industry leading working environment to the corporate head office staff of a high profile family-owned construction firm.
This role requires an experienced manager to lead a team of 9 staff who together will oversee all hard and soft FM activities at the real estate in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Lead the FM / General Office team and ensure staff receive appropriate support, training and development.
Budget management (maintenance and General Office)
Procurement of contractors and materials and subsequent implementation management.
Maintenance - PPM & reactive activities relating to building fabric, M&E, utilities (supervising an on-site M&E Engineer).
Safeguarding Health & Safety in accordance with company policy and procedures
Supervise General Office services (soft FM, reception duties, post / deliveries, stationery, staff functions, medicals, etc.).
Oversee cleaning, catering, gardening and security.
Provide out of hours emergency rapid response & occasional weekend works supervision.
