Pensions Administrator West London Permanent up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits
Our client a leader with its field are seeking a Pensions Administrator on a permanent basis within their offices located in West London.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To provide support to the Group Payroll Manager in all areas of the pension process.
To process all monthly pension information quickly and efficiently, working to strict deadlines.
To finalise the monthly pension for the 4 monthly pay runs; hourly and salary.
To co-ordinate with the outsourced processing bureau and facility administrators to ensure timely and efficient flow of monthly salary & hourly pension related information.
To assist with resolving day to day queries and providing support to the site administrators
To assist in compiling the weekly payroll numbers for the weekly KPI.
To exercise the upmost discretion when dealing with a variety of sensitive information and situations.
Assisting the Group Payroll Manager with year-end returns such as Teachers Pensions return.
Experience and Skills Required
Self-starter - ability to work on own initiative
Utmost discretion when dealing with all sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent people skills and communication skills are essential
Strong problem solving skills
Strong organisational skills – ability to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines
Team Player – maintaining close working relationships with proven communication and interpersonal skills.
Systems knowledge – good excel and word knowledge
Strong administrative computer skills
