Our client a leading service provider are seeking a Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis within thier head office in London.
Controlling own section of
the payroll, including the following duties:
Processing instructions from the Client and the payees in accordance with office procedure
Calculating OSP, SSP, OMP ,SMP, Paternity Pay, and maintaining records
Preparing and recording manual payments
Checking all work after input to ensure it has worked correctly
Checking daily audit logs
Ensure that all payroll information for is processed in a timely and accurate manner from the correct cost centre
Authorising inputs for payroll deadlines as appropriate ensuring that they are accurate.
Maintain high level of customer care by responding to queries and telephone calls raised by payees and HR within contractual deadlines.
Work on assigned payroll projects.
Respond to queries from Third Parties i.e HMRC, Banks, solicitors and other Government Departments.
Maintain filing of payroll amendments processed.
